Meghan Holligan, MS, BCBA, LBA
Meghan has been certified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board since 2007 and has over 18 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in home, community, school, residential and vocational settings. Meghan received her B.A. in Psychology, with a Certificate in Disabilities Studies from West Virginia University, and her M.S. in Educational Psychology from Georgia State University. Meghan specializes in autism and her primarily areas of interest include verbal behavior, behavior reduction, and discrete trial training. Meghan enjoys working with families and therapeutic teams in the development and implementation of programming with real world applications.
Aymara Matos, MS, BCBA, LBA
Aymara graduated from “Universidad de Oriente” in Cuba with her Bachelors in Psychology in July 2004. She also graduated from Kaplan University with her Masters in Psychology and a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2014. Aymara has over 9 years of experience working with children and families as a teacher, special education assistant, home visitor, family service advocate, home base counselor and behavior therapist. Aymara started working in the ABA field in 2014 and became a BCBA in February 2017. She has plenty of experience providing direct services and supervision to behavior technicians. Additionally, Aymara is bilingual and has experience working with a wide variety of cultures and implementing parent trainings in order to support families. Aymara has worked with children ranging from 2 to 21 years. She is able to complete assessments and treatment plans oriented to decrease maladaptive behaviors and increase functional communication in early learners.
