Meet the Autism Behavioral Solutions Team!

Meghan Holligan,
MS, BCBA, LBA
Meghan is the founder and owner of Autism Behavioral Solutions as well as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Meghan has been certified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board since 2007 and has over 23 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in the home, community, school, residential and vocational settings. Meghan received her B.A. in Psychology, with a Certificate in Disabilities Studies from West Virginia University, and her M.S. in Educational Psychology from Georgia State University. Meghan specializes in autism and her primary areas of interest include verbal behavior, behavior reduction, and discrete trial training. Meghan enjoys working with families and therapeutic teams in the development and implementation of programming with functional applications.
Montana Lazorchak, RBT
While attending the University of Arkansas pursuing her Bachelor's in Political Science, Montana began working as a behavior interventionist in a Special Education classroom and never looked back. She has 11 years of experience working hands-on with children between 2-18 in a variety of settings including schools, daycares, and homes. Montana is an outspoken advocate for compassionate ABA and ensuring that goals and treatments are person centered. Montana specializes in verbal behavior and hopes to pursue her Master's in Speech Language Pathology. When she's not working you can find Montana making pottery or playing softball under the Washington Monument.


KIMBERLY PAita, rbt
Kimberly graduated from Old Dominion University in 2019
and pursued her RBT certification shortly after. She has experience working 1:1 with kids ages 3-12. Kimberly has supported clients in school settings, at home, and during after school activities. Outside of ABA Kimberly enjoys going on hikes and exploring new trails!
Jada Parker, RBT
Jada Parker is a Northern Virginia local and recent graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Psychology. She has 6 years of experience working with children and 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities. Jada enjoys being an RBT because it gives her the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and their families.

Nimah Sheik, RBT
Nimah Sheikh-Adam graduated from Saint Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota with a Bachelors in Public Health with a concentration in Health and Social Sciences in December 2015. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s in Special Education with a concentration on Applied Behavior Analysis. Nimah has several years of experience working with children in various settings such as public schools as well as daycare facilities, ranging from toddlers to early school age. Nimah passed her Registered Behavior Technician exam in 2018 and possesses extensive hands-on training and experience providing direct services to children and young adults between the ages of 2-17.
Nimah is bilingual and has experience working with a wide variety of cultures.
