Meghan Holligan- BCBA, LBA
Business Owner/Our Fearless Leader
Meghan is the founder and owner of Autism Behavioral Solutions and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has been certified since 2007 and brings over 23 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and their families across home, school, community, residential, and vocational settings.
Meghan earned her B.A. in Psychology with a Certificate in Disabilities Studies from West Virginia University, and her M.S. in Educational Psychology from Georgia State University. She specializes in autism, with areas of focus that include verbal behavior, behavior reduction, and discrete-trial instruction.
As the founder of a small, locally owned practice, Meghan partners closely with you to create meaningful, functional programs tailored to each child’s needs. She is passionate about working directly with families and therapeutic teams to build practical skills that support communication, independence, and quality of life.
Montana Lazorchak-
Behavior Technician/Administrator
Montana earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Arkansas before discovering her passion for behavior analysis.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience supporting children ages 2–18 across school, daycare, and home settings, Montana has a natural ability to connect with children and tricks for everything from making veggies fun to staying in bed all night. She has been a valued member of the ABS team for the past five years and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis while working toward BCBA certification.
Montana is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care that focuses on meaningful progress and everyday success. She has a special interest in verbal behavior and enjoys creating positive, engaging learning experiences that help each child thrive.


Colton Rigg-
Behavior Technician
Colton earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Penn State University, where he also worked as a behavior interventionist supporting children ages 6–11. He is currently pursuing his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at George Washington University.
Known for his calm, steady presence and ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients, Colton creates an environment where children feel supported and confident to learn and grow.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Colton is enjoying getting to know the Northern Virginia and D.C. area and loves spending his free time exploring local neighborhoods and trying new spots with friends.

Marita Asedillo-
Behavior Technician
Marita is a licensed Special Education teacher with two years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at George Washington University with the goal of becoming a therapist.
Marita’s background as a teacher allows her to seamlessly integrate her knowledge of classroom strategies with ABA techniques, creating engaging, individualized programs for each child. Known for her fun and energetic personality, she enjoys building strong, supportive relationships with the clients and families she serves.
