Meghan Holligan- BCBA, LBA
Business Owner/Our Fearless Leader
Meghan is the founder and owner of Autism Behavioral Solutions and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has been certified since 2007 and brings over 23 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and their families across home, school, community, residential, and vocational settings.
Meghan earned her B.A. in Psychology with a Certificate in Disabilities Studies from West Virginia University, and her M.S. in Educational Psychology from Georgia State University. She specializes in autism, with areas of focus that include verbal behavior, behavior reduction, and discrete-trial instruction.
As the founder of a small, locally owned practice, Meghan partners closely with you to create meaningful, functional programs tailored to each child’s needs. She is passionate about working directly with families and therapeutic teams to build practical skills that support communication, independence, and quality of life.

Meghan is the very proud mother of 16 year old twin boys and step-mother to two fabulous young men (17 and 20). When Meghan isn't practicing, she is can be found Megalodon tooth hunting with her family.
Kirsten Kennedy, RBT-
Registered Behavior Technician
Kirsten is an RBT with 15 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, working in both home-based and clinical settings. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in ABA from George Mason University and is currently completing her master’s degree in ABA, which she expects to finish this fall. Outside of work and school, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her toddler and baby. She is passionate about ABA and supporting meaningful growth and progress in the individuals and families she works with.

Colton Rigg, RBT-
Registered Behavior Technician
Colton earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Penn State University, where he also worked as a behavior interventionist supporting children ages 6–11. He is currently pursuing his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at George Washington University.
Known for his calm, steady presence and ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients, Colton creates an environment where children feel supported and confident to learn and grow.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Colton is enjoying getting to know the Northern Virginia and D.C. area and loves spending his free time exploring local neighborhoods and trying new spots with friends.

Antonia Inzunza-
Behavior Technician/ Events Coordinator

Antonia, affectionately known as Toni, is a Northern Virginia native who grew up in the Mount Vernon area. She has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since early 2019, bringing years of hands-on experience and a strong background in early childhood education.
Toni is highly experienced in providing individualized, home-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents ages 2–20. She demonstrates a firm understanding of ABA principles and consistently applies evidence-based strategies to promote meaningful skill development, independence, and positive behavioral outcomes.
One of Toni's greatest strengths is her natural ability to build strong, client-centered relationships. Her warm, engaging approach fosters trust and meaningful connections with the individuals she serves. As a result, her clients are highly motivated to engage with her, actively participate in treatment, and work toward their goals. Toni's ability to pair clinical knowledge with genuine rapport contributes significantly to her effectiveness and treatment success.
Outside of her professional life, Toni is a proud mom to a sweet little boy. She enjoys painting, reading, and spending quality time exploring and going on adventures with her family.

Marita Asedillo-
Behavior Technician
Marita is a licensed Special Education teacher with two years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at George Washington University with the goal of becoming a therapist.
Marita’s background as a teacher allows her to seamlessly integrate her knowledge of classroom strategies with ABA techniques, creating engaging, individualized programs for each child. Known for her fun and energetic personality, she enjoys building strong, supportive relationships with the clients and families she serves.

Lew Djonkam-
Behavior Technician
​
Lew brings a unique combination of academic achievement, athletic discipline, and a genuine passion for helping children reach their fullest potential. He earned his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Radford University and went on to receive his Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Morgan State University.
Lew has a naturally inquisitive mind and a strong commitment to continued learning and professional growth. He is constantly seeking opportunities to expand his knowledge and understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), allowing him to strengthen his clinical skills and better serve the children and families he works with. His curiosity, dedication, and thoughtful approach to treatment reflect his commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of his clients.
Outside of his work in ABA, Lew is an accomplished athlete with a passion for competitive basketball. He recently returned from an international season in Romania, where he played professional basketball. His experiences as a professional athlete have reinforced the importance of perseverance, teamwork, adaptability, and dedication—qualities he brings to his work with children every day.

Lew's combination of intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, and commitment to personal and professional growth makes him a valued member of the Autism Behavioral Solutions team.
